Renee is a healthcare executive and tech systems design expert with 15+ years in global leadership roles. Her experience includes building hospital tech systems with an average budget of $500m in Asheville and designing & launching over 70 marquee national suicide prevention campaigns in all 50 states. Renee also specializes in curating ecstatic environments and retreat sanctuaries with a focus on healing, safety, personal and professional growth.

Carla Morelli

Co-founder, President & COO

Carla is a former entrepreneur with over 20 years of global M&A and executive roles in public, private and PE-owned businesses. Her experience includes leading global acquisitions of up to $850m, overseeing a $400m P&L and managing global teams of up to 3,000 people. Also a student of psychology, she advises companies and executives on strategy, finance, leadership and operational approaches that best balance human and organizational needs with the broader ecosystem. 

 

Ehren Cruz

Co-founder & Creative Lead

Ehren is an award-winning event producer and anthropologist with over 15 years of world-building design and curation. His experience includes producing 11 consecutive sellout festivals welcoming 12,000 people each time and featuring artists from over 80 countries. His events and festivals have net over $100m in regional income. He serves on several arts & cultural boards in Western North Carolina and facilitates guided experiences for mental health and self-actualization.
